What Is A Business Day?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays when the postal service is closed. The USPS holiday calendar is available for reference. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

What Are The Delivery Times?

  • Delivery occurs between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM EST on weekdays.

What If I Am Absent During Delivery?

  • If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a notice for you to reschedule or pick up your parcel at your local post office or courier facility.

What If My Purchase Is Returned To Sender?

  • US Orders: If a return occurs, we will contact you to verify your address.
  • If unable to contact you within 5 business days, the refund will be processed for the purchase minus the original shipping and any return shipping fees.

How Can I Track My Shipment?

  • Once shipped, if you provided an email address, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

What About Pre-Order Items?

  • Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all products are available.
  • To receive in-stock items immediately, place separate orders for those items.

Free Shipping Restrictions

  • Promotion for free shipping applies only to qualifying orders as advertised.
  • Some products or destinations may not qualify for free shipping.
  • Shipping to remote regions will be calculated during checkout based on logistics and distance.

Customs & International Fees

  • We ship DUTY UNPAID (DDU) internationally.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival, paid directly to your local customs authorities.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing or unforeseen charges.
